Dr. Musiimenta 

Dr. Musiimenta is a highly accomplished educationist with over two decades of teaching experience and a profound expertise in Education Administration and Management. She holds a PhD in Education Administration and Management and currently serves as the Head of Undergraduate Studies at the School of Education, Uganda Christian University (UCU).

Throughout her career, Dr. Musiimenta has demonstrated a deep commitment to enhancing education through innovative teaching methods, student mentorship, and academic research. As an experienced trainer and researcher, she has successfully designed, implemented, and evaluated educational programs that cater to the social, emotional, and academic needs of students. Her passion lies in equipping learners with critical thinking skills and fostering an education system that promotes creativity and problem-solving.

Since 2020, Dr. Musiimenta has played a key role in coordinating the Higher Education Certificate (HEC) program, providing academic guidance and support to students. She has also lectured in courses such as:

  • Philosophy of Education

  • Sociology of Education

  • Introduction to Social Ethical Issues

Beyond academics, she is a strong advocate for student counseling and mentorship, helping students navigate both their academic and personal challenges.

A devoted Christian, wife, and mother of six, Dr. Musiimenta seamlessly integrates faith and education, creating a holistic learning environment that nurtures both intellectual and moral development. She enjoys mentoring youth in her local church, inspiring them in their academic and spiritual journeys, and encouraging women in marriage and family life.

Dr. Faith Mbabazi Musinguzi 

Dr. Faith Mbabazi Musinguzi is a seasoned educator, researcher, and leader with 18 years of experience in university teaching. She currently serves as the Head of the Postgraduate School of Education at Uganda Christian University (UCU). With a strong academic background in Education Administration and Counseling Psychology, she is deeply committed to advancing education, mental health awareness, and student well-being.
