The quality of production or service of an organisation largely depends on the quality of its Human Resources (HR). HR, also known as personnel or employees, are a valuable resource to an organization because it is through the HR that organizational strategies are delivered.
Organisations including educational institutions exist and operate in a complex political, economic, social and technological environment which is always changing. It, therefore, requires effective Human Resource Management (HRM) for an organisation to achieve its objectives and successful performance.
The vision of this programme is to produce people who are equipped with relevant knowledge and skills in HRM for organizational success and survival in a changing environment.

This course has three modules in each year i.e. Trinity, May and Advent intakes
The Programme is offered for a minimum of two years and a maximum of five years. The programme shall be structured either in course units or modules.
